1. Purpose of this policy
1.1 This personal data policy regulates all trade, interaction or other exchange of personal data with BEKIDAN Maskinfabrik A/S CVR.nr: 10511038, hereinafter referred to as BEKIDAN.
1.2 The purpose of this privacy policy is to make you aware of how BEKIDAN processes personal data. It is BEKIDAN's goal that you are aware of what information is collected, processed and, if possible, how long it is stored.
2. What information do we collect?
2.1 Automatically collected data
Our digital solutions are based on various technologies with the aim of ensuring user-friendliness and security. These technologies may automatically collect data in order to offer the best possible solution, either directly by us or by a third party on our behalf. All visits to a digital solution result in information being sent from your browser to a server. It is through the analysis of this data that we optimize the digital solutions. Here, Google Analytics acts as a “data processor” of data for which we are responsible, and this data may only be disclosed by agreement or to comply with legal requirements.

In addition to the information collected automatically, we also process data that users have actively provided to us.
Examples of data that users actively provide are:

5.1 Personal data is stored for a minimum of 5 years plus the current year after the end of your customer relationship with us.

7.1 Under data protection law, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on computers with limited access located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are regularly reviewed to determine whether our user information is being handled appropriately, while always respecting your rights as a user.
