BEKIDAN Potting Machine

The BEKIDAN Potting Machine is used for filling pots with soil, with or without the use of trays. The Potting Machine consists of a basic unit that can be fitted with dispensers, drilling unit, tray stacker, conveyor belt and a single-line system (for filling pots without trays). The basic version has space for 1 tray dispenser, as well as 2 pot dispensers. Dispensers and drilling unit are manufactured for the requested type of pots and trays to be used and can be changed easily and quickly on the machine. The Potting Machine has a capacity of 500 trays per hour. The Potting Machine is built as a compact and work-friendly unit and with a length of only 3.1 m it provides optimal conditions for the operator to monitor the entire process, while at the same time allowing trays and pots to be easily fed to the dispensers. The pot dispensers places the pots either in trays, or (for larger pots), directly on the machine's conveyor belt, where they are filled with soil. The Potting Machine can also be used for filling directly into speedling trays. Soil is fed into the Potting Machine from, for example, a Soil Mixer or other equipment that automatically feeds the soil to the Potting Machine's hopper. The Potting Machine is designed to gently handle the soil and thereby doesn't damage the structure of the soil.
